Shipping policy

Shipping & Fulfillment Policy​

Fulfillment Time: Orders are created and fulfilled within 2–5 business days.​

Shipping Time: Delivery times depend on product availability and the destination. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, it will be delivered to the provided address.​

Additional Information:

If the delivery firm cannot deliver the package to the provided address, the order will be returned to our studio at the customer’s expense.

​

Shipping Costs: All shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

​

Taxes and Duties: If the shipping firm applies taxes or duties upon delivery, these are also the customer’s responsibility.

Return & exchange policy

Return Window: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving them.

Return Request Review: After submitting a return request, please allow us 5 business days to review it. If you initiated the return within the 14-day policy period and haven’t heard back from us, rest assured—we’re working on it.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact us at copenhagengeist@gmail.com to request a return.

We’ll provide you with the return address.

2. Once your return is approved, you’ll have 14 days to deliver the item back to our studio. If the item is not returned within this timeframe,

we cannot accept the return.

Return Conditions:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as when

you received them.

​

Refund Process:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will contact you to confirm your refund. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the inspection.

Shipping Costs:

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Right of complaint

​

All goods are covered by the Purchasing Act, including the deficiency rules.

The Purchase Act provides a period of 24 months after the purchase, where you can complain about faults and defects. You have the right to have a defective item repaired, replaced, refunded or discounted. It all depends on the individual situation. The complaint must be justified. The warranty does not cover damage and defects caused by improper use, lack of maintenance and normal wear and tear. We refer to our care and maintenance instructions. If you want to complain about a product, please send an email to copenhagengeist@gmail.com. Pictures that clearly show what you are complaining about must be attached to the e-mail. As soon as we have figured out how to handle the complaint, we will return with an answer. ​​​
